Client Testimonials

  • I worked with Dr Andy Moon to rehabilitate my body from several injuries that inhibited me from returning to sports over the course of 12 weeks. During that time, he gave me excellent guidance in how to rebuild my strength, SAFELY. He was always responsive when I needed help with something and adaptive when I needed to make adjustments, and was flexible enough to work with my really busy schedule. His platform also gave me the accountability I needed to be consistent and rebuild positive momentum in my training. Now that we’ve finished our work together, I feel like I’ve made a good friend and training partner in the lifelong journey of fitness and athletics. I recommend him to anyone, and especially martial artists.

  • I’ve been training in Judo and BJJ for the past 12 years. As an active 45 year old and practitioner of grappling arts, I’ve had my fair share of injuries as well as lingering aches and pains. I’ve come to appreciate the importance of finding a good physical therapist for both rehab and also tips on injury prevention. As a BJJ practitioner himself, Andy is well suited to offer therapy for grapplers backed by first-hand knowledge in grappling. He’s passionate about his work, knowledgeable but also easy to talk to and down to earth. I know this from my own experience of being treated by him. Check him out!

  • Andy got me back on the mats after 1 year of being out and multiple doctors either shrugging their shoulders or even telling me that I probably had a degenerative issue. After a few sessions and a dedicated PT protocol I was able to come back after just 8 weeks. Excellent dedicated service. Forever grateful to Andy. Couldn't recommend more.

  • I had a major neck injury from jiu jitsu and wasted a lot of time with PTs who didn’t work with athletes or used cookie cutter programs for everyone. Andy focused in on exercises specific to me and helped keep me as active as possible during recovery. When my goals changed he pivoted quickly to help me as much as he could. Working with him felt productive, and I’d see him again if I needed more help.

  • Andy helped me rehab a traumatic hamstring tear (grade 2) when mainstream healthcare failed me. I got progressively stronger and, in 12 weeks, I was back to running, swimming, and leg day. I would refer anyone looking for cutting edge treatment.

  • Great service, value, and communication. Andy truly cares about his patients and takes the time to hear our stories so he can tailor his service to exactly what we need. I’m excited to work with him in the future, whether it’s rehabilitation work or strength and conditioning!

    -Jeff B

  • Andy is excellent. Super friendly and easy to talk with. He is fun to work with and makes you feel well taken care of. The difference it makes talking to someone with a BJJ background rather than your run of the mill provider is huge. No more weird conversations as you try to explain to your Dr how your body got wrecked. Great guy, great practice.
